PVDF spraying is a high-performance surface treatment technology widely used in the production of metal curtain wall aluminum veneers. This process not only provides excellent corrosion resistance but also ensures that the building's appearance remains aesthetic for a long time.

Process Flow

Step 1: Surface Pre-treatment (13 Steps)

Step 2: Spraying

Primer → Top Coat → Clear Coat

Step 3: Curing

230°C+ High Temperature Curing

Step 4: Inspection

Coating Functions

  • Primer Improves permeation resistance, enhances substrate protection, and strengthens adhesion.
  • Top Coat Provides decorative color, protects metal surface from environmental erosion, prevents UV penetration.
  • Clear Coat Enhances coating resistance to external erosion, protects top coat, increases metallic gloss.

Process Flow

    Cleaning → Degreasing → Rinse → Passivation → Rinse → Drying

    Electrostatic Spraying

    Powder Adsorption, Single Layer (60-120μm)

  3. 3

    High-temp Curing

    180-200℃ Curing for 15-25 mins
